1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the www.lendinggurus.com website (“Website”) or any services provided by Lending Gurus (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use1 the Services. These Terms affect your legal rights, so please read them carefully.

2. Consent for Text Messages, Information Sharing, and Telemarketing Calls

By using the Services, you consent to the following:

  • Text Messages: You agree to receive text messages from Lending Gurus and its Trusted Lending Partners regarding your application, marketing promotions, and general information about our products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text message. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You are not required to opt-in to text messages as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
  • Information Sharing with Trusted Lending Partners: You authorize Lending Gurus to share your information, including your name, your business’s name, and your contact information (including your telephone number, email address, and business address) with one or more of its Trusted Lending Partners. Lending Gurus may be compensated through referrals to Trusted Lending Partners.
  • Telemarketing Calls and Messages: You consent to receiving telemarketing calls (including calls using an automated dialing system and/or pre-recorded or artificial voice) and messages (including text messages and emails) at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you have provided to Lending Gurus from Lending Gurus and/or any Trusted Lending Partner. This consent applies even if the number you have provided is currently on any Do-Not-Call registry. You understand that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of receiving credit or services from Lending Gurus.

3. Trusted Lending Partners Program

Lending Gurus has built a Trusted Lending Partners Network (“TLN”) of carefully vetted lenders. This network offers a wide range of business financing options with different qualification criteria, increasing your chances of finding the perfect solution for your needs. Even if Lending Gurus cannot directly offer you the business credit you’re looking for, one of our trusted partners likely can. We prioritize ethical and safe lending practices across our entire network, ensuring a transparent and reliable borrowing experience.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

5. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of3 your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Use of Services

  • You may only use the Services for lawful business purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for all information and content you provide through the Services.
  • You may not use the Services to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Services and their content (“Lending Gurus Content”) are protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Lending Gurus Content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. LENDING GURUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

LENDING GURUS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to4 defend and indemnify Lending Gurus from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Lending Gurus may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.5 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the6 rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lending Gurus relating to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and7 effect.

15. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of8 Lending Gurus LLC. The failure of Lending Gurus to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
