Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
- Information Sharing: You authorize us to share your information (e.g., name, contact details, business info) with our network of vetted third-party lenders and financial institutions to facilitate your application. We may receive compensation for referrals.
- Consent to Referral: You understand and agree that Lending Gurus may submit financing inquiries or applications to third parties on your behalf. No fiduciary relationship is created by this referral activity.
- Credit Authorization By submitting your information, you:
- Represent that you are authorized to apply on behalf of the business.
- Authorize Lending Gurus and its partners to obtain business and personal credit reports or conduct background checks to assess eligibility.
- Provide “written instructions” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to obtain your credit profile.
- These checks may include soft inquiries that do not affect your credit score.
- e-Sign Consent and Electronic Communications
- Electronic Signature Authorization: You agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and is valid, binding, and enforceable. This includes clicking to accept terms or otherwise indicating agreement electronically.
- Electronic Delivery: You consent to receive disclosures, notices, account communications, agreements, and other documents electronically. These communications will have the same legal effect as paper copies.
- System Requirements: You must have a modern web browser, internet access, and a device capable of accessing PDFs. Notify us if your contact details change.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by contacting us. Doing so may affect our ability to provide services.

- Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
